How should I do to return an item?
To return your order, it can be in the same box with ribbons of packaging in perfect condition.
You will have to send it to this address:

VANDERWILDE offers you the posibility of picking up the order at your home, for the cost of 6€. Contact us through info@vanderwilde.com to arrange the collection.
If it is through transport company the cost of the shimpment is is 6€, if it is through another company, the cost will be the corresponding one and we will deduct it from the amount of the return.
In no case we accept returns sent by cash back post.
Can I return all items ?
All items from our collections can always be returned that have not been used and we arrive in perfect condition .
What is the deadline to make a return?
The deadline for any return is seven days since the arrival of the package until we receive it . Once received and checked that it is in good condition return the amount of the garment.
Do I have to pay something for my return?
Yes. The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved , you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 working days.
