HOW TO BUY
Buying at Vanderwilde is very simple, just follow these steps;
- Go to the shop section in the menu.
- View the product(s) you are interested in. With one click you will get an enlargement of the photo to see the detail and back of the product, composition, available sizes, colours, reference and price.
- Select an item and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or checkout.
- Select a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Gift Card, Scalapay (payment in 3 installments)...
- Confirm the order.
- You will receive an email confirming the order.
WHAT IS SCALAPAY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Scalapay is a payment method that allows customers to purchase online in 3 or 4 installments. There are no additional charges.
- First term: at the time of purchase
- Second term: 1 month after the day of purchase
- Third/Fourth and final term (as the case may be): 2 or 3 months after the day of purchase

HOW TO RETURN
How do I return an item?
1. If you wish, you can process the return yourself through this link. (Only for the peninsula):

2. To return a product, it must be in its same box with the wrapping tape and in perfect condition.
3. You can either send it yourself to the following address:
Rafael Gonzalez Abreu 7, 41001. Seville.
4. Or you can request a home collection service (only in the peninsula) for the cost of €7. Contact us at devoluciones@vanderwilde.com to arrange the collection.
If you return your order via post or another company, the cost will be the corresponding cost, which Vanderwilde will not be responsible for.
In no case do we accept returns sent by cash on delivery or with customs charges, since before paying for the return, we must check the good condition of the product, and the post office does not allow the delivery of packages by cash on delivery if it is not previously paid.
Can I return all items?
All items in our new collection can be returned as long as they have not been worn, they arrive in perfect condition with the original labeling and within the established return period.
SPECIAL PRICES AND OUTLET items cannot be returned. A VOUCHER will be issued for the purchase amount with no expiration date.
Exchanges or returns of custom-made or altered garments are not permitted.
What is the deadline for making a return?
You have a period of 14 calendar days, from the moment the customer receives the product until we receive it. Once received and verified that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount of the item within 15 days.
If the return is received outside the 14-day period, VANDERWILDE reserves the right to refuse the refund.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Yes. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer for both domestic and international orders.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved and quality control has been passed, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase. In the refund we will deduct the amount of the collection if you have requested it with us, as well as the cost of the initial shipping (€7 per box sent).
When will I receive my refund amount?
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 working days.
VANDERWILDE reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent after the specified deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
